Is Islam A Continuation Of Arianism?
The question of whether Islam is a continuation of Arianism is a complex one that has been debated by scholars for centuries. While there are some similarities between the two religions, there are also significant differences.
Arianism was a Christian heresy that originated in the 4th century AD. Arius, the founder of Arianism, taught that Jesus Christ was not God, but rather a subordinate creation of God. This belief was contrary to the orthodox teaching of the Nicene Creed, which affirmed that Jesus Christ was co-equal and co-eternal with God the Father. Arianism was condemned as a heresy by the First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, but it continued to be a significant force in Christianity for several centuries.
Islam emerged in the 7th century AD, with the Prophet Muhammad’s revelations in Arabia. Muslims believe that Islam is the continuation of the Abrahamic tradition, and that Muhammad was the last prophet in a line of prophets that includes Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. Muslims also believe that the Quran is the literal word of God, as revealed to Muhammad through the angel Gabriel.
Similarities between Arianism and Islam:
- Both Arianism and Islam reject the concept of the Trinity, which is the belief that God exists as three distinct but equal persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
- Both Arianism and Islam emphasize the oneness and indivisibility of God.
Differences between Arianism and Islam:
- Arians believe that Jesus Christ was a created being, while Muslims believe that Jesus Christ was a prophet of God, but not God himself.
- Arians believe that the Holy Spirit is a created being, while Muslims believe that the Holy Spirit is the angel Gabriel.
- Arians have a different understanding of the nature of salvation than Muslims. Arians believe that salvation is achieved through faith in Jesus Christ, while Muslims believe that salvation is achieved through faith in God and submission to His will.
Conclusion:
While there are some similarities between Arianism and Islam, there are also significant differences. The two religions have different origins, different beliefs about the nature of God and Jesus Christ, and different understandings of salvation. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that Islam is a continuation of Arianism.
St. Athanasius and the Islamic Heresy
St. Athanasius (296-373 AD) was a prominent figure in early Christianity, renowned for his staunch defense of orthodox teachings against various heresies. Among the theological challenges he confronted was the emergence of Islam, which he regarded as a deviation from the core tenets of Christianity.
Athanasius’ primary concern with Islam stemmed from its rejection of the Trinity, a fundamental doctrine in Christianity that asserts the unity of God in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. Islam, on the other hand, upholds a strict monotheistic belief, emphasizing the oneness of God without any subdivisions.
Athanasius viewed Islam’s denial of the Trinity as a serious theological error, undermining the very essence of Christian faith. He believed that Islam’s emphasis on a single, uncompounded God was akin to the heresy of Sabellianism, which conflated the three persons of the Trinity into a single entity.
In his writings, Athanasius argued that the Trinity was not a contradiction but rather a profound mystery that revealed the multifaceted nature of God. He emphasized the distinct roles of each person in the Trinity while maintaining their unity and indivisibility.
Athanasius’ opposition to Islam extended beyond the theological realm. He was concerned about the spread of Islam in the Middle East and its potential impact on the Christian community. He feared that Islam’s denial of the Trinity could lead to a weakening of Christian faith and the erosion of orthodox teachings.
Despite his strong opposition, Athanasius’ approach to Islam was not entirely devoid of understanding or respect. He acknowledged the monotheistic nature of Islam and its emphasis on God’s sovereignty. However, he maintained that Islam’s denial of the Trinity was a fundamental deviation from Christian truth.
In conclusion, St. Athanasius’ views on Islam were shaped by his deep commitment to orthodox Christian teachings, particularly the doctrine of the Trinity. He perceived Islam’s rejection of the Trinity as a significant theological error that threatened the integrity of Christian faith. While he acknowledged Islam’s monotheistic emphasis, he remained steadfast in his conviction that Islam deviated from the core principles of Christianity.

Are You Your Own Worst Enemy?
I would start out by saying what Jesus Christ would want us to do? Pray and how should we pray? The Lord’s Prayer, and how often should we pray? Continually. Why do we use the Lord’s Prayer and not some other? The Lord’s Prayer covers all the areas that is important for our spiritual being.
When we pray the Lords prayer we ask to forgive our enemies, let God’s will be done, the kingdom to come. By praying the Lord’s prayer we let go of many thoughts we have in our head and give them back to God so we can have things revealed to us.
We must overcome resentment in our heart, and in a past video I shared about Dr. Jordan Peterson talks about how resentment can destroy us and we become our own very worst enemy and Jordan goes on to say that we must talk to people what we have resentment toward to overcome that resentment. Other people who lived in the past who talked about this is Jesus Christ and someone who is living now who talks about this daily is Brother Augustine, Dr. John MacArthur, Dr. Charles Stanley, Rev. John Piper and Pastor Paul Washer.
Women are looking for a fathers love
Women are looking for a fathers love. Its important that men understand women are looking for a fathers love and not get screwed. Woman more than anything are looking for a strong spiritual man to lead the future (the family). I think in many YouTube videos on biblical teachings, how young women are being hurt by men that are just looking to get laid instead of doing right and being in christ and setting a good example of a strong man. We must be in Christ, hate no one, love all, forgave thoses we resent, love what is right and support people who are walking with God.
Women need their fathers in their lives to be strong man to be good examples and not BETA men or weak examples of what a man should be. Its important that a man leads the way as Christ leads men, we as man need to fellow Jesus Christ to keep society from going to HELL.
Every day you can see or people watch how some men and women our living in hell without the right spiritual order then you will continue your hellish way according to 2 Peter. You can also find it in Romans. God will give you over to a reprobate mind.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient. – Romans 1:28 (KJV)
In Romans 1, Paul refers to something known as a reprobate mind. If you’re not familiar with the term reprobate, the literal definition in the Greek is failing to pass the test, unapproved, counterfeit.

How God Commands Us To Forgive Those Who We Have Resentment Toward.
All of us are tested everyday by our personal internal struggle coming from resentment of what happened earlier in our lives as children typically what our mother did to us, telling how our fathers were not good enough or driving us away from our fathers when we were children. We most go to the people that we have resentment against and forgive them. By forgiving our mothers or whoever we have resentment against, God will forgive us and we can return to the heavenly Father through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
It was said if you don’t love everyone then you love no one. People today live like the Old Testament people did. We must forgive and love everyone as God Commanded us to do according to Matthew 22:34-40.
