What It Means to Be Born Again
In the King James Bible, the concept of being born again appears primarily in John 3:3-8, where Jesus speaks with Nicodemus, a Pharisee, about the Kingdom of God. This conversation offers valuable insights into what it means to be born again according to scripture.
Key Ideas:
- Spiritual Transformation: Jesus emphasizes that entering the Kingdom of God requires not just physical birth, but a spiritual rebirth. This is described as being “born of water and the Spirit” (John 3:5). “Water” symbolizes outward cleansing or baptism, while the “Spirit” refers to the Holy Spirit and God’s internal transformative power.
- Change of Nature: Being born again signifies a fundamental change in nature, from someone guided solely by earthly matters to someone living in accordance with God’s will. It’s a shift from darkness to light, from death to life (John 3:19).
- Faith and Repentance: Jesus underscores the role of faith in God and Jesus Christ as central to experiencing this new birth. Additionally, the need for repentance, turning away from sin and towards God, is implied (John 3:16).
- Mystery and Wind: Interestingly, Jesus uses figurative language, comparing the work of the Holy Spirit to the wind – unseen but powerful. He explains that the process of being born again is beyond human comprehension but a tangible reality nevertheless (John 3:8).
Implications:
Understanding the concept of being born again according to the King James Bible can have several implications for your personal faith journey:
- Seeking Spiritual Transformation: It highlights the importance of actively seeking a deeper connection with God and allowing the Holy Spirit to work within you.
- Embracing Change: It encourages openness to personal transformation and accepting God’s guidance in reshaping your life and priorities.
- Faith and Repentance: It emphasizes the significance of faith in Jesus Christ and repentance as essential steps in experiencing spiritual renewal.
- Mysterious Grace: It reminds us that while the workings of the Holy Spirit remain beyond our full understanding, its transformative power is real and accessible through faith.
How to be born again?
While the concept of being “born again” has different interpretations across religious and spiritual traditions, here are some general steps suggested based on the King James Bible’s perspective:
1. Openness and Seeking:
- Cultivate a receptive heart and open yourself to experiencing a spiritual transformation. Begin by acknowledging your need for God’s presence and guidance in your life.
- Explore biblical teachings and engage in prayer and reflection. Devoting time to understanding God’s word and seeking His will can help pave the way for spiritual awakening.
2. Faith and Repentance:
- Place your trust in Jesus Christ and embrace His sacrifice for your sins. Faith is a fundamental step in acknowledging God’s grace and inviting Him into your life.
- Recognize and confess your wrongdoings. Repentance involves genuine remorse for your past actions and a commitment to turning away from sin and towards living a righteous life.
3. Seeking the Holy Spirit:
- Recognize and invite the Holy Spirit to work within you. The Holy Spirit is the agent of spiritual transformation, guiding you towards new life and empowering you to live according to God’s will.
- Consider participating in baptism, which symbolically represents cleansing and new beginnings in Christ. However, remember that faith and internal transformation are more crucial than physical rituals.
4. Growth and Commitment:
- Understand that being born again is not a single event but an ongoing process of spiritual growth. Commit to learning more about God, deepening your faith, and living a life aligned with His values.
- Seek fellowship and support from other believers. Finding a community of faith can provide encouragement, guidance, and shared experiences on your spiritual journey.
Remember:
- This is a brief overview based on one specific interpretation. Different denominations and faith traditions may have additional insights or slightly different emphasis.
- Seeking spiritual guidance from religious leaders or knowledgeable members of your faith community can offer further support and understanding.
- Ultimately, the journey of being born again is a personal one. Focus on developing a genuine relationship with God, embracing His grace, and allowing His love to transform your life.
How Do I know I Am Born Again?
Scripture and Christian tradition, here are some potential indicators you might consider:
Internal Changes:
- A Deepening Desire for God: Do you experience a newfound yearning for God’s presence, guidance, and word? Does understanding scripture bring you joy and comfort?
- Transformation of Values: Do your priorities and values shift toward aligning with God’s will? Do you find yourself drawn to righteousness, truth, and love?
- Repentance and Changed Actions: Do you experience genuine remorse for past sins and a desire to live a righteous life? Do you strive to overcome sinful tendencies and embrace God’s commandments?
- Fruit of the Spirit: Does your life increasingly exhibit qualities like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)?
- Sense of Peace and Purpose: Do you experience a newfound inner peace and purpose even amidst challenges? Do you feel connected to something larger than yourself?
External Manifestations:
- Desire for Community: Do you find yourself drawn to fellow believers and communities of faith, seeking fellowship and support in your spiritual journey?
- Changed Relationships: Do your relationships with others improve as you strive to live with love, forgiveness, and understanding?
- Witnessing to Others: Do you naturally share your faith and God’s love with others without feeling compelled or pressured?
Remember:
- These are potential indicators, not guarantees. The absence of some elements wouldn’t necessarily negate your being born again.
- Focus on the internal transformation and your relationship with God rather than seeking external validation.
- Growth and change are ongoing processes. Your understanding and experience of being born again might deepen over time.
- Seeking guidance from trusted spiritual leaders or mentors can offer valuable insights and support.
As You seek understanding and clarity in your life you should always turn to your Heavenly Father for Guidance

This is a major important point about forgiveness
Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. -MATTHEW 5:24 KJV
Are You Your Own Worst Enemy?
I would start out by saying what Jesus Christ would want us to do? Pray and how should we pray? The Lord’s Prayer, and how often should we pray? Continually. Why do we use the Lord’s Prayer and not some other? The Lord’s Prayer covers all the areas that is important for our spiritual being.
When we pray the Lords prayer we ask to forgive our enemies, let God’s will be done, the kingdom to come. By praying the Lord’s prayer we let go of many thoughts we have in our head and give them back to God so we can have things revealed to us.
We must overcome resentment in our heart, and in a past video I shared about Dr. Jordan Peterson talks about how resentment can destroy us and we become our own very worst enemy and Jordan goes on to say that we must talk to people what we have resentment toward to overcome that resentment. Other people who lived in the past who talked about this is Jesus Christ and someone who is living now who talks about this daily is Brother Augustine, Dr. John MacArthur, Dr. Charles Stanley, Rev. John Piper and Pastor Paul Washer.
Women are looking for a fathers love
Women are looking for a fathers love. Its important that men understand women are looking for a fathers love and not get screwed. Woman more than anything are looking for a strong spiritual man to lead the future (the family). I think in many YouTube videos on biblical teachings, how young women are being hurt by men that are just looking to get laid instead of doing right and being in christ and setting a good example of a strong man. We must be in Christ, hate no one, love all, forgave thoses we resent, love what is right and support people who are walking with God.
Women need their fathers in their lives to be strong man to be good examples and not BETA men or weak examples of what a man should be. Its important that a man leads the way as Christ leads men, we as man need to fellow Jesus Christ to keep society from going to HELL.
Every day you can see or people watch how some men and women our living in hell without the right spiritual order then you will continue your hellish way according to 2 Peter. You can also find it in Romans. God will give you over to a reprobate mind.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient. – Romans 1:28 (KJV)
In Romans 1, Paul refers to something known as a reprobate mind. If you’re not familiar with the term reprobate, the literal definition in the Greek is failing to pass the test, unapproved, counterfeit.

How God Commands Us To Forgive Those Who We Have Resentment Toward.
All of us are tested everyday by our personal internal struggle coming from resentment of what happened earlier in our lives as children typically what our mother did to us, telling how our fathers were not good enough or driving us away from our fathers when we were children. We most go to the people that we have resentment against and forgive them. By forgiving our mothers or whoever we have resentment against, God will forgive us and we can return to the heavenly Father through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
It was said if you don’t love everyone then you love no one. People today live like the Old Testament people did. We must forgive and love everyone as God Commanded us to do according to Matthew 22:34-40.
After Reading The Passage I would Recommend Doing A Silent Prayer
Its is said: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10 King James Version (KJV)

In a world where it is so easy to forget the importance of God, we must remember that He is holy and will not share His glory. America has forgotten this truth and it is time for us to re-examine our relationship with God and recognize that He is the one true God who deserves our full devotion and reverence. We must remember that He will not be taken lightly or ignored, but rather should be honored as the Creator of all things. Only then can we truly experience His love and grace in our lives.
